My Mals neck is 14.5" at the prong position and 16.25" at where her neck joins the shoulder. Her head is 17.5" at the widest point.

Chrome plated fur savers come in the following sizes: 19", 21", 23", 25", and 27".
The fur saver collars are measured from outside of one o-ring to the outside of the other o-ring. Please keep in mind when you are selecting a specific size fur saver for your dog, that the collar must be big enough to slip over the dogs head and ears.
So I'm wondering if the 19" would work but seeing that the measurement for the collar is taken from the outside of the o-ring would it be best to go a size above?
Does a fursaver sizing matter if it is to big (like a prong) or can there be some slack?
I am going to be using it for quick slip on/off during French Ring heeling exercises and for attaching to a Bottcher style belly Harness for tracking.
