Hello folks. Brand new to this board and serious dog traning as well. I have lurked somewhat before joining, and have come to realize how little I know on the subject of training. I have an American Rednose Bull Terrior, A year old He is about 85 lbs, and went basicly untrained for the first 10 months of his life. He is very intelligent, and has a fantastic drive to please me. I am slowly becoming his pack leader and can see daily progress. I am looking forward to discussions on this paticular breed, and training in general. Am currently working on obediance. Not interested in any violent type training. However I realize a potential as a work dog. I am building him a cart to pull, and would welcome any suggestions anyone may have with similar hands on experiance. I love this dog, and he has become my constant companion He is one of the few fawn colored that I have seen in my area. Even has green eyes. I can ramble on about him, but will let it go for now. Anyway very happy to have found this site. Cheers
Welcome Randall. This is definitely the place for learning. Everytime I think I have got it figured out, someone else puts me in my place, hehe. We need to teach you how to post a pic of that pretty pup of yours. Green eyes, how cool. A must see if you ask me. Look forward to getting to know you. You are going to love it here.
