Since I have a tug I won on auction comming to me and I have to pay shipping anyways, I thought I would pick up a few books.
I am looking for some advice from those who may have read them.
I already own Sch OB Training in Drive by Booth. Would Purely Positive Training by Booth still be a good book to have, or does it just repeat the Sch OB book?
Also I would like to purchase a clicker book. I have been fooling around with the clicker but would like to know more. Which clicker book is best?

Quick Clicks has Step-by-step photos and instructions on how to mold a desired behaviour with the clicker, it's more a "list of tricks to teach your dog" than a book on clicker training. I'm sure the Karen Pryor book (though I haven't read that one) has more information on the theory behind clicker training, shaping, and process/procedure. If it's anything like Don't Shoot The Dog, it won't be money wasted.
The 2 books Jennifer mentioned by Sheila Booth: http://www.leerburg.com/925.htm and http://www.leerburg.com/928.htm
Both great books and Purely Positive Training is especially excellent if someone is getting a puppy, very foundational and important information on positive training starting at puppyhood and on. Will help eliminate a lot of initial mistakes. Although somewhat similar because of the training of various commands, they are different enough and definitely good enough to have both in your doggie library.
