I took 5.2 month old Goran to the Vets yesterday for his Rabies Vaccination, and during his check up we noticed that he still had four Baby teeth next to growing adult teeth. Two of these were against the Front Top Molars, and two more one each side of his Jaw. I am wondering if he will have to have them removed, The Vet said give him two weeks to see if they come out, if not he will have to take them out
I am hoping they will come out by themselves has anyone else had this problem with a Pup

My chi pup actually had double fangs for a while, it was quite odd looking....I took a wait and see stance for about a month, and they eventually came out. I don't think the baby teeth have the structure to really stay pemenantly, but as to how long it is safe to wait, I don't know. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Macy had her top two baby canines (crammed in with the almost totally-grown-out adult ones) until she was about 6 and a half months. They came out when they were ready.
Yes there is. My dog phoenix has a under bite from baby teeth. I let them fall out and she got a real bad under bite. I think if your vet saids take them out go ahead if there already pushed forward then she should really be able to pull them real easy you should even try if there not out after a few weeks. It is just like kids my vet said they are loose but they don't like to come out sometimes. Give it another month watch those adult teeth if they start shifting take her to get them out.
My Chi had baby teeth until he lost a tug-o-war w/Caleb. I guess maybe if I'd had them pulled it wouldn't look like a firecracker went off in his mouth? Oops.
Rommel had one upper canine that was not going anywhere it was loose but even after every other tooth fell and most grew in it was there sad and alone. I had hoped it would fall out on its own but one Saturday it really started smelling in his mouth from who knows what grass and other stuff stuck beneath it and the vet wasn't open until Monday I braved the maw and put on a rubber glove and pulled it out quickly, no problems since though I was far more traumatized than he was (he didn't even blink).
When I first got him at 3.5 months I actually thought he might have a problem with that tooth as it was discolored from blood building up in it from tugging I assumed. I'd obviously suggest getting the teeth pulled by a vet if you have access to one but that smell...I couldn't wait (obviously also I would have gone to some ER place if the tooth didnt seem to pull easily).
My pup just had the same thing(baby tooth still in place while big one was pushing through); all babies have now fallen out. I'd give it a couple of weeks more...
