I have Kodee on Adult Orijen and THK Embark (the one for pups/lacatating dogs). It just occurred to me that maybe I should switch him to the "adult" formula of THK. Which one should I go to? I like doing grain-free, so I figured THK Force. Would this be right? He's just now 5 mos. old, so I thought it was time to take him off "puppy" foods.
He's only getting THK about 2-3 x/week, but I'm considering switching totally to that plus raw chicken.
Is THK Force (chicken and grain-free) the one I should switch to?

I feed Force although I will order a different bag once in a while. Embark I use for switching dogs to raw, or if I have a dog that does better with some grain in their diet, and the Thrive is one I like as well.
Basically I have tried them all, and the only one I do not order a lot is Embark, but I am sure that will change once Jesea is bred.
Bottom line, Force is the way I go and I do not see a problem with switching to it for Kodee since he is about the age to go to "adult" food.
Until The Tale of the Lioness is told, the Story will Always Glorfy the Hunter
I tend to alternate between Force and Embark, the two no-grain complete versions, just for variety. I use it as a backup or a travel food (or sometimes as a little nice variety, like a side dish), so any grain-free verson is fine with me.
(The beef one has grains, and Thrive has chicken and some grain.)
