Our GSD mix loves to chew on things she can destroy (she does not get anything that has stuffing or a squeaker in it because she will destroy it in no time) and we have been giving her the large rawhide bones, but after reading these comments, we are re-considering. Any suggestions on what she can chew on that is safe and will fill her need to destroy? She is very good about only chewing or destroying things that we give her, so that is a big plus. What about those Nylabones? They are plastic but supposed to be good for the teeth?
