I like him. He has a lot of good training methods.
The only thing (or maybe I should say "one thing" as I haven't ordered his stuff, only watched his free online videos) I wouldn't agree with is that he said he doesn't believe in prong collars or e-collars.
But as far as basic training, he has some great ideas on how to motivate your dog.

I will always disagree with each trainer on something, i have pretty much come to that conclusion. And i have no problem with that. But at least it seems he knows what he is talking about and knows how to use those collars when it comes down to it.
The main thing is i have really been thinking about buying a Video Camera and start making my own training videos like this guy has (I just found him and thought for youtube he really did well with his videos) so i always like to hear what people have to say.
Which one is it? I get a Halloween safety tip video for dogs from "The Amazing Dog Trainer Man"

Me too, I'm like "cmON! It's CHRISTMAS!!!"
I'd like to see the link to the video you and Steve are talking about though...
Thats just the guys "Home Page" on YouTube. I think that might be the last video he uploaded. I am basically asking about his videos in general, not just one video.

I would say decent, and I agree with you Michael, there will always be things we all disagree with. I think the biggest thing for me is that he tries to bring some humor into it, so that the "novice" pet owner will have fun learning and teaching their dog.
That is key for me. Ya gotta have fun or it is just "dog training".
Hope that makes sense.
All is LB members get free stuff when you become famous....right?
Until The Tale of the Lioness is told, the Story will Always Glorfy the Hunter

Well the main thing i am impressed with is you dont see that many (if any) actual training videos on YouTube. I was planning on doing something like this but i cant bring myself to spend the money on the camera ($500ish).
