I do not feed heart daily, since it is blood rich and could be categorized in the organ family as well.
What the heck is a gizzard anyway??? Doug loves them fried up , and I usually just toss them in the dish when they are inside the chickens I buy.
Not sure what they are, but they are small enough that I do not think it matters a whole lot.....I do feed chicken livers. I get those in a pint size tub for about .98 cents a tub.
