If you live in the UK I would like to know if you know of Kevin Flavel?
Kevin Flavel was caught copying and selling illegal copies of both Leerburg training DVD's and Ceasar Milans videos on e-bay. We have one of the illegal copies that he sold.
This guys pseudo name on e-bay is " bmldoggrooming"
We were notified of this individual by a person he sold this DVD to. We have a very good working relationship with e-bay. When we ask for the name of someone suspected of selling illegal copies they provide the personal information on this individual.
In this case e-bay told us that bmldoggrooming was Gary Stevens/ post code cv6 2hp/ tel 02476 680270. The postcode indicated Beake Avenue, Coventry.
The individual who bought the illegal DVD from bmldoggrooming on e-bay paid by PAYPAL. The paypal information for that person was Kevin Flavel. There was no address associated with paypal.
We hired an investigator in the UK to follow up on Gary Stevens he found there was no one with this name at postal code of cv6 2hp (the e-bay postal code)
When the investigator did a search for Kevin Flavel on this postal code we found him.

We determined that he gave e-baby a false name but the correct phone number. He just changed the last digit in his postal code on his e-bay account.
This punk sold over 10 illegal copies of Cesar Milans DVD's and a untold number of Leerburg DVD's on E-bay. He also sells other police K9 DVD's on E-bay. The day we started this process he took all his auctions down. Does this sound like a honest person?
If you live in England and you know of this guy or if you have bought anything from this punk I would appreciate you emailing me. At this point we are building a case file. We intend to take it to the police in England.
Thats a shame, but I doubt the cops in England would do anything. (Could be wrong, but I know here in Ireland they'd practically laugh at you, worst cops ever.)
