well I gave Kingston pumpkin (not the pie mix) yesterday. it doesnt look like he had any stool though. his kennel was clean, and I let him out to run around and I played with him. no signs of runny stool in the yard. I fed him last night again with pumpkin and this morning there were no signs of stool.
is this normal after feeding pumpkin? should I continue feeding pumpkin until his stool is solid? should I avoid giving him Vitamin E and Salmon oil while feeding pumpkin?
Clarify by spelling every little thing out. Some people can be extreme when drawing their own conclusions.
oh and back in Nov I had his stool tested and nuthin came up. I used the panacure granules and it kinda helped. I'll check his stool today and bring him in to the vet this week. other than loose stool, he is totally active and healthy...

Loose stool (even off and on) for 6 months, though, has a reason. I'm glad you're going in for a checkup.
Collin, I'm glad your pup's stool is back to normal; were you able to run a sample to the vet for analysis?
I am wondering since he has had issues w/ diarrhea for such a long time that the pumpkin may just be alleviating the symptoms and not the cause?
