If there is an accident, I can pick up that tile and replace it with a spare. I can then spray down and wash the dirty one in the utility sink, let it dry and its ready for the next spill or dirty paws. Sandy P.S. Jennifer, my chihuahua gets the "zoomies" also. Never heard it called that before, but that is the perfect word for it.
