I think you may be on to something. Maybe I will go back to chicken only for while, and see if he does better. Only problem is I start getting that "this again" look when I have fed too much chicken, but he will live. Sort of an elimination diet.
I started a log, but things have gotten nuts around here and I haven't been doing it consistently. I had a death in the family. So now I will be working on the logistics of taking a weeks worth of raw with me to my parents house. And keeping my Mom's PITA untrained chi from nipping him all the time.

That sounds like a good plan. Don't even worry about organs for a few weeks. *Just* chicken RMB's. It may just be a case of adding too much new too fast. If chicken only works good, then add other meats and organs in at super small amounts. If that amount is tolerated, then up it a little 'til he's use to it.
For some reason I always forget that "time" is the only thing I've got alot of.

Sorry about the death in the family. That can kinda' derail plans a little.
For the time being you could just buy a bag 'O chicken quarters to take to your mother's. That will take out the logistics and help you figure out what's causing this gas all in one shot.
