My son put DG in her crate last night. When I heard her crying in the wee hours, I got up to take her out. To my surprise, she was at my bedroom door. Aaron had not closed her crate correctly. when she needs to go, she scratches at the door, and then starts whining.
Well, I took her outside and she still needed to go. She had not had an accident. She had come to my bedroom door to tell me that she needed to go out!
That's great! sounds like she caught on. How old is she?
DG is 4 months old. And I still keep her tethered to me because I have not taught her/she has not learned "Come." I am anxiously awaiting my Leerburg Videos and I have a couple of sessions with the
trainer next week. I am excited about that.
I read somewhere that potty training should be complete around 4-6 months. I thought "great, DG is almost 4 months old, and she will probably catch on closer to 6 months. But here she is-She is getting it.
