Yanno, I find this languages thing pretty amusing.
If you go to Germany they speak German to their dogs because they are German.
If you go to France they speak French to their German dogs because they are French.
If you go to Holland they speak Dutch to their German dogs because they are Dutch.
If you go to Belgium they speak either Dutch or French to the dog depending on the region you are in.
If you go to Czech they speak Czech to their dogs because they are from Czech.
But if you go to the US, people train their dogs in every language out there except English!!
LOL.
I did see a video somewhere of a Malinois that was trained in several languages. Personally I just speak Dutch to my dogs, with the exception of the occasional "good boy".

I train my dogs in other languages because I don't want other people giving them commands. Most people don't know french or german or czech or dutch or Russian etc and well.. because I like speaking different languages.
