I see no one has answered, so I'll give it a shot.
It's possible the chicken wing was a little much for him. They have a lot of bone and fat, not much meat. You might have better luck with a thigh or breast. Chicken bones are generaly easy for them to eat, but too much fat at first sometimes doesn't sit well. You might want to remove the skin at first for a pup new to raw chicken.
Did he just vomit once? Is the diarhea persisting?
It is usually better to not give raw with kibble, it's OK to feed both, but give one kibble meal and one raw meal. Kibble takes a lot longer to pass through the gut than raw, so when fed together the raw meat takes longer to pass through than nature intended.

I agree with everyone on not starting with wings. Fat (skin) and bones ....
Fine as part of the whole bird when the dog is well into his new diet, but not so good as an intro.
If you can get chicken backs (nice soft cartilage-y bones) and remove the skin for the first few days (and any blobs of fat), then the system will become accustomed to the meat and bones gradually without a ton of fat and bone to deal with right off.
As Shody and Keith said, it's important that you identify the diarrhea: is it persisting, and is it water or pudding?
The vomiting was just the one time?
If both were one time, and the diarrhea was more like thin pudding, then I would conclude that it was too much fat and bone for the first raw meat.
