Hi-I had picked up a small prong collar for my pup locally. I had taken out 3 prongs and I could see that I would need to take out 3 prongs more. It was too big.
I ordered the micro prong collar. The prongs are so close together that I am having a hard time taking them apart, let alone putting them back together. I would have bought the quick release if it was available in the micros, so that once I had it adjust correctly I could leave it for the most part. Is there a special technique for the micro prong collars? Thanks in advance,
You can flip those micro prongs inside out, slip it over his head and then flip it back around again. Because it has to fit over his head it will be a little loose on his neck and at some point one of the links might bend a little out of shape, but I did it for a long time.
