I have this one http://www.leerburg.com/736.htm and I always take it on walks. The outer pouch is where my pepper spray and pepper foam and 4 rocks go (for loose aggressive dogs) and the inner pouch is for treats and whatever else I think I might need. I don't use it for poop bags, that goes in my pocket or I'd never get the bag out without throwing the treats everywhere.
which I think are GREAT for toys, tugs ad other various items needed.
This way I can change up and the dog does not get used to seeing the bait pouches.
Sometimes I just use my jacket pockets or BDU pockets for treats as well and I really notice that the dog does not come looking into anything I have on for treats.
If you need the bait pouch on in order for the dog to behave and obey commands (unless it is a puppy), then I think there is an issue there.
