This may be a little off topic but we were called this morning to track three men who had escaped from a prison here in Okla. The track was six hrs. old and we ran them just under three miles as the crow flies. The dogs ran them into an old barn and had them treed up in the rafters. They ran the three as if they were one and didnt seem to ever be confused about the crisscrossing and brief separations of the individuals.I am amazed at how they can adapt. The more I work with with these dogs the more I realize there is a lot more going on between their ears than I ever suspected.
