I posted last week that I was having trouble with the runs after switching my golden to raw a couple weeks ago. That seems to be getting better - sometimes normal, sometimes just mushy. But a lot of the time there is mucus around the poop - like it's wrapped in it.
We recently did a stool sample at the vet it was normal - he's 1 1/2 and has never had a positive one. He did not have mucus before the raw feeding started.

It seems to be pretty well digested. He went on our walk today, so I had to pick it up with a bag and I felt a little piece of bone in it. But I never 'see' them.
