ok, i live on a private lot in the suburbs ,
but i have these neighbors whose back yard that buts up to the
front of my property. They have these Beagles who come out
and bark non stop, ive tried talking to them in a nice way with no results.
The Sherrif says he will ticket them if he catches them out barking, but they
always bring them in when they see the Sherrif drive down.
Ive tried to feed these beagles but they want no part of it, real nasty
nippy bitey half crazed little boogers.
any help would be great, before i lose my mind

IMO, you should concentrate your efforts with the cops and animal control. Every time those dogs are out barking call and complain...and if that's 10 times a day, so be it. Be as annoying as those beagles
Take a video camera with sound and film them going at it. Show that to the cops.
And I wouldn't try to feed them again or engage them in any way. Their owner *could* say you are teasing and provoking them, which muddies the waters.
