I didn't read it (I am *really* bad that way LOL) but I can "read" vocalizations. I can tell by the tone of my dogs bark what it's barking about. I can distinguish between 6 different dogs barks if they are all barking at once. But then again I apparently have some sort of freak ability to recognize sound and voices extremely well. It takes good hearing and observation skills but I've taught people basics of the subtle differences in the tone, quality, and strength of a bark, growl, or other vocalizations.
That might have nothing to do with what that is about, but if it is really supposed to be something to the effect of dog barks, machine says "Give me a latte" then I'm not buying it
