I'm so excited! I found a veterinarian who is very supportive of raw feeding and she's only a few miles away. I just found out about her from a friend who goes there, and Kasey doesn't need to go right now, so I haven't met her yet. I'm not sure if I should put her name on Cindy's vet list if I haven't gone myself yet? (This office has 3 vets and at least one of them also does chinese herbs and acupuncture if you want it. They do conventional veterinary medicine also.)
Kasey's appointment with the dermo vet is a week from today. We can't wait to see what they think.

I sent Cindy a PM with the vet info. In the meantime, I emailed this vet and asked their policy on vaccinations too. I can't believe how I've hit the jackpot with this new vet!! Here's their reply:
Truthfully,
You can take the titers of the Distemper and Parvo and may not have to do
any vaccines. This can be done q 3 years. The rabies is a city thing and
you can duke it out with them. Try to stay away from vaccinating as long
as possible.
I will pass this along to Cindy for her info also. I've never found a veterinarian who was so close to what I wanted!
