Man, this is one *wet* hurricane for for us - we've received between 21 to 25 inches of rain, amazing, and it's still right over us now.
Wet, smelly dogs for this week will be the norm, apparently.
Sadly, one of our city utility workers was killed yesterday fixing downed power lines, very sad.

My brother lives in Tallahassee and has been without power since yesterday. Its still raining there as well. Fay is one mean Bi***!
We got lucky and only lost power for two hours after a transformer blew the top off a pole 2 doors down from us. In 2004 we were without power for 2 weeks...now that sucked!

We are still raining here. I have pups to senior dogs going crazy from lack of exercise.
To break up the storm routine we took Raya for an emergency vet appointment Friday night.
Of course she started delivering in the back seat of the truck.
Of course she was already in distress.
Of course the storm was pretty much at it's worse.
