He was gorgeous and a WONDERFUL pet. HE really had no issues (not super friendly with other dogs but learned). He was already housetrained and knew some obedience commands. At the time my girls were young and it was great for him to just fit right in. I adopted a female a year later from GSD rescue. She was a stray, had issues and probably was from working lines (because of her energy). It wasn't as easy to live with her, but many of her issues got better with training and time. Since then I've had a puppy and that was a lot more work, but I knew what I was getting into and it's worked out fine. Do a lot of research if you want a puppy, otherwise there might be an older dog out there that would fit right in! Good luck, Lisa Raine
