You are using the Otomax as directed on the tube (or bottles) or are not? I lost track a little.
You want to get it cleared up and then re-tested. That is, if the vet swabbed the debris and found yeast (no bacteria), for example, then you want to do the Otomax protocol as directed and then re-test.
That swab and look at the debris is not expensive or complicated at this point, but this kind of infection cycle can get really entrenched and bad. You really don't want a systemic yeast overgrowth.
