when playing tug with a male 6mo old male gsd I found it very important to know where his mouth is and my hand is at all times, OWWW! And as I ran into the house to get band-aids he followed me in with the toy saying come on come on lets play you little baby.

At least when he followed you, he actually had the toy in his mouth instead of YOU.
Have you trained "out" yet? My lil pup (13 weeks) is leaving me a bloody mess! I hold the toy close and still and say out. He outs alright, right off the toy and on to my HAND! CHOMp. Now just how the heck do you mark and redirect in that nanosecond flash of time??? HHHHA!! Lol. He is getting better, as am I.
