Brewer's rice is a waste product leftover from processing rice for human consumption.
It has little to no nutritional value, and is there mostly as a filler.
It can be a source of food allergy for dogs, doesn't benefit them in any way, and is a poor quality grain, being fed to an animal that doesn't need ANY grain in it's diet.

I'd add that I don't want to see grain fractions in dog food, period. Even if someone felt for some reason that grain was going to be beneficial (I don't), there's no argument that makes sense for grain fractions, IMO -- except the cheap-filler argument.
