Well I can tell you stilleto heels are not the problem. Stilleto heels are never a problem. But anyway, I start with him on my left side and toss the line over him onto his left side and then I dont make him miss more then twice and I don't circle too tight. I'm not sure if that makes sence or not Lynne, I lost my train of thought oddly enough.
lynne, if it makes you feel any better,i could post a pic of my left ankle and the scar that goes about 85% of the way around it from sending my dog out and not clearing the line before i released him!
at any rate, it IS hard to do drive-building and stay out of the long-line is it's just on him, ie, he's not back-tied. i think about all you can really do is just keep going backwards so the line's behind him, or do big circles...IDK

Ann, I have been lucky w/ that. I only had a slight rope burn, and no visible scar. I learned alot from that mistake...
