I am looking at purchasing a new dog from Adel Haus German Shepherds out of Julesburg, Colorado. I have searched the forums for any information about the breeder without much luck. I was wondering if anyone has dealt with them or has a dog from them.
Yesterday, I spoke with one of the owners, Christi. We spoke approximately 30 minutes about various items about the breeding pair I am looking at. Even though she was busy doing a whole bunch of things, she took the time to talk with me. I took many of the questions I asked about the breeding pair from the Leerburg website. Thank you Ed and others on the forum for your insight. Anyways, I am looking for at the breeding pair Walker vom Adel Haus with Xaviera v. Klovensteener Forst. I did some research with the pairs linage and most of it is in German. Both have mostly West German bloodlines with a little East German bloodline on Xaviera's side.
Anyways, I was just looking for people's thoughts and what they have seen or heard. Thank you for your help in advance.
I don't know much about em. I looked at their web site. They talk as though they care a lot about their dogs. I would visit them if you live close enough. Good luck!
I am hoping to take a few days in December to visit...and depending on the weather here in WI, I might not come back! I will let those know what the kennel is like through PMs if they are interested.

I recommend Adel Haus. I have worked with Christie in the past (leasing two of her working-line females) and trust her completely. Really nice dogs, too - and yes they take excellent care of them.
