I have a 10 month old Lab we went through a 10 week class before I learned about this site.
I have sinced purchased the video, and would like to know should I start from the begining?
He knows the meaning of the commands sit, down. stay, come but by no means does the well enough.
So should I start from the begining?
What are your goals with your Lab? Do you plan to hunt with him? Is he a pet? Have you checked into any resources specifically geared toward retriever training?
I work for the local Sheriff's Department and I would like to train him to be a Drug Dog. But that does not workout I just want him to be a great family pet.
