She had her appt this morning and he said she didn't look too bad and that the drops seem to be doing their job clearing her up.
But he did go ahead and prescribe her some cephalaxin to help clear up anything bacterial that was more stubborn.
I turned down the steroid shot and the prednisone packet..of Course!!
I'm a little on the fence about starting the antibiotics right now since the zymox seems to be doing its job, but at least I do have them if I decide to start them in the next few weeks.
Oh and she has also gained about 5 pounds in the last month...
too many hot dogs and cheese and puppy canned food from grandma!!! Her dog is ancient and an outside only dog... like 18 years old ancient and doesnt eat much at all anymore, or do much of anything at all really so I think she is enjoying having a companion around the house.
