I will share a couple, and I will make sure to share one where the dog kicked butt and also on where we had an issue.
That way you can see, how at least, I do this so that the training logs reflect the training and not just the finds.

I know this is an older topic but, in most areas, well west virginia at least. For drug work most departments like to know that a dog will hit on the real thing. Possession is against the law, so LEO's or folks with DEA permits do most training. same type of deal with bomb work although not as bad because the dogs are finding the base and not a combination of substances. which in drug work the base it what is illegal. Anyway the person our department dogs come from is another handler that owns a keenel and is certified to instruct/train. if you want information or to look at some of her thins and maybe get some info from her the website is. http://www.ultimateworkingdogs.com/ hope thats ok to post. She may be able to give you folks some info on West Virginia anyway and you may be able to use that to get back to your locations. by the way if you look under references you can find our bad ass Harro. He will eat an arm clean off. is great on track and detect also. hope this helps and not just a bunch of nonsence..
