Talk about counter surfing, she has started from standing on the floor and has "levitated" like a cat to land with both feet on a 36" counter top

Believe it or not, I was carrying her downstairs until she was about 6 months old and almost 70 lbs.
Finally, I taught her to WALK down the stairs. On occasion, she'll jump the last 2 or 3, but I try to minimize that. I never let her jump down from my truck (I carry her down). And the two times she jumped onto the counter top, I carried her down (counter top hopping is a no-no).
