Looking throught the available forums I see narcotics, bombs, and protection but nothing for termites, bed bugs, or other interested scents. If the K9 cops don't have a problem answering questions regarding passive alert k9's, I guess it doesn't matter. But there's a huge difference between what happens with a dog in law enforcement and a dog trained to find a bug. The law enforcement guys have a lot more on the line. There are quite a few guys using bed bug dogs now and finding a place to find answers to questions regarding our dogs training is tough. I've visited this site over the years and found tons of great info on numerous subjects but not on passive alert scent dogs. Any thoughts? Thanks
I should have asked my question in the previous post. I purchased a video from Leerburg on Drive and Focus. But I have a passive alert dog and wonder if it's ok to use this training for this type of dog.
