Just because they have both parents doesn't mean no other dog got to the dam when they weren't looking. He could be part of a dual sired litter. His tail is very "lab puppy."
It's very hard to see facial structure with the kid's hand squishing his head and ears. He may be a Shepherd mix. Can you get a better pic of him standing maybe? With no kid's hands squishing his head and ears down? LOL.
I dunno...they say they don't even know what that dog is. Why do you say he's a Lab/Shep? Unless I missed something, I wouldn't label that dog a Lab/Shep mix...too skinny a head. This little guy has a chubbier look to him, and his tail is so Lab-ish...and are his ears floppy or being smashed down? Hard to tell.
Think you folks are right. After reading some posts about the pics I went back over my friends. No way in hell is that dog full
shepherd.Ears are extra wide at the base and no way are they going to stand. Dogs body is extra thick looking and short nose
for a shepherd. Also some extra wringling skin on his head.
I didn't waste my time telling him cause the dog is for his son.
I have been around a good amount of shepherds and never sen a pup
like this. He reminds me of a greatdane.

That dog pees when ever a man goes near it.
I was over the house all day and every time my friend
went near it it peed. Put the dog out, bring him in,
put in crate, take out of crate, pet it. Dog peed for every thing.
With that much submissive dog will probably always be a pee'er.

I had a dog that did it until she was a year old. The dog I have did it till she was about 5 months old. I think it'll probably grow out of it, but I could be wrong.
