There have been many threads here about Cesar Millan, which you will find if you use the "search" function and use "Millan" your search term. Expand the date range from a week to a few years to receive more returns. I think you will find from those threads that many board members consider him to be a behaviorist far more than a sit-stay-down trainer. In many or most instances, he is intervening when a dog is in so much trouble that s/he is in danger of PTS or is already kept locked away from the world because of aggro issues. His message of leadership ("rules, boundaries, and limitations") is vital, IMHO, and has probably saved hundreds of dogs from lives of anxiety or fear or even PTS. Of course, not everyone agrees. But the topic has been discussed so extensively that you would do yourself a disservice not to see what has been written already. Welcome to the board!
