He has started shaking when new people walk by. Or if he can not see me. He does this at home only.
Is there something that could be causing this that I am not thinking of?
He has gotten very destructive. I have always had a chewing issue with bruiser but its gotten real bad resently. He chews everything. Walls shoesn I keep chews down but he seems to get bored.
He has also started hiking. he wont do anything but mark trees outside. Is this normal for this age.
He get 2 hours of walks a day. And 5 short training seesions a day help me stop this what can I do.
My boy would mark 24/7 if I let him. My first male so all this leg lifting is certainly new to me. If Quin is on his own I do not care but if he is leashed or walking with me marking is not allowed.
Quinn's activity level ramped up considerably at the one year mark. I take him on my runs now and he has settled but if I do not run be ready for nonstop activity from him. Like having a caged lion in the house.
My guess is you are not getting Bruiser out as much as you think or he needs.
Yes People walking by outside I have a window in my living room I leave open. Its fear shaking.
The chews he gets are a kong filled with cheese normally
Pigs feet.
Cow kunkles.
Cow bones. These I fill with peanut butter after he has eatin all of the bone marrow out of the center
Bully sticks
He is very food driven so when I give him one of these chews he chews it tell it is gone. He chew thing that most pits would not go through as fast as he does.
The marking is in the courtyard. On walks I controle it. We live in a apartment again. So I let them go to the courtyard to use the restroom. Less dogs using that area. The marking is not so much of a issue as he has been fixed sense four months. I did not think he would mark.
Any other info just ask I am trying to get back in the swing of things around here. sorry
