Sometimes, when the dog is not feeling well, the added aroma helps stimulate the appetite a bit. At least, that has been my experience.

It won't hurt her, and it will still allow her gut to relax a little. I'd probably make it half Evo and half non-fat unsweetened unflavored yogurt. (The non-fat is because of being easier on a queasy gut.)
