I have a 5 mo old rotti puppy. She is usually very good . I need some advice on her overexuberance. She has a tendency to get kind of over excited when I have visitors come to the house, she is kind of all over them wanting attention. She has her mouth going constantly and pushes herself on to them. (The head in the lap sort of thing and doesnt want to take no for an answer.) I also have grandchildren that come over, some of them are smaller, she kind of over powers them. I dont want to have to put her in her crate when people come over, I want her to be socialised well with people. I could use some advice on how to mello her out abit when I have company.
work your obedience more, give people food and have them wait until she settles before they feed her, limit who she can be around and for how long, keep her on a leash so that you can take her from them when your done. I might have missed some.
