i love grooming dogs,i love making them neat and clean and having happy owners.some days i just shake my head at the people who are afraid of their dogs,have a dog that they know needs to be groomed and dont crate train it so it freaks out everey time it coms in and is stresses to the max every time,like i am right now...............then the people who think their dog biting is funny and worse the ones who groomer hop with horrible dogs and lie about them and when you call the vet you find out its bitten everyone at their office and the owner says its never bitten anyone, and we all know when dealing with dogs there are the nippers the warners and then the ones that just plain need to be sedated to groom. ohhhhhh i feel better now.

I probably have weekly encounters with John Q dog owner that make me want to absolutely SCREAM, and I always think to myself, "self, the folks at Leerburg would know EXACTLY what you're talking about"... judging from your vent, you just had one of those days. My sympathies for having to deal with morons, and I hope you avoided serious injury in the process...
