I started giving Enoch boneless veal and the strangest thing happens. In his morning meal when he eats the veal he regurgitates it back up. But in the evening this doesn't happen. So for the next couples days in his morning meal I replaced the boneless veal with ground turkey and just gave him the veal at night. He was fine in the morning. This morning I decided to try to give him the veal again and he regurgitated it back up. Why is he fine eating it in the evening but not the morning? Any thoughts?
Then I would just go with my first guess, that it is just too rich first thing in the morning.
If he is taking it OK later in the evening, and you really want his to eat it in the morning, try introducing it to him very slowly in meat ball sized meals and building up from there.

Thanks Jessica. I'll just save the veal for his evening meals. Thankfully I didn't order that much. I'm a vegan so I don't know too much about meat but I thought veal was low in fat. Can meat be low in fat and still rich?
Yes, and veal is very nutrient rich ounce for ounce. But also, some dogs will just not be able to handle some meats, rich or not.
And I do want to say Kudos to you for feeding raw to your dog despite your Vegan lifestyle. It always makes me smile to see people who are so selfless and understanding. Kudos!
