I definetly went to a trainer that was praise
if you respond and correct if you don't!!
Starting with puppy preschool at about 8 weeks and then private sessions starting at around 15 weeks old.
For the last month I have just been working with her myself.
Thank you for the advise on the frisbee - although she loves to jump - I believe she thinks she is part kangaroo - But I sure don't want to cause her any harm.
Dog Food
I started her out on Nutro / Natural Choice For Large Breed Puppy
She didn't seem too crazy about this so I started giving her half Eukanuba For Large Breed Puppy mixed in with the Nutro Natural-
She never has scarfed her food down in 10 or 15 minutes like they say in the books they should do (or you take it away till next meal) I have always given her at least 1/2 hour to eat and then she never finishes it.
I just found another natual puppy food called Innova that she loves !! So I started introducing it in with her other food. She loves it!!!
Has anyone had any experience with Innova brand?
Or is there something better I should be using?
I will be keeping her on a lead now when working with her in the yard - Thanks!
