Falcon has been on raw for a little over a week now and is doing great. He weighs 72 # and I've started him on chicken leg quarters, one in the AM and one PM. He was on Vit. E, Fish oil and glucosamin/chondroitin (sp?) prior to going raw, so I kept him on those. Poops are perfect (except smaller! wow!).
I'm getting ready to sloooowwlly add organ meat - chicken livers/hearts. Would one small chicken liver a day be appropriate to start with?
Should I also be adding baby food green beans and yogurt at this time?
I also bought turkey necks but have them frozen and have not added those yet. When would it be okay to do so, or should I just keep with the chicken for a while longer?

I'd add one new ingredient at a time -- especially when one is liver. One small chicken liver (or half of a regular-size one) sounds good. Then wait for that poop before adding any additional organ meat and/or some produce. Yogurt and produce are extremely unlikely to present any problems, IME, but I like to do organ meat all alone because it is one of the more likely issues unless it's added slowly, in small amounts.
