The FWDA is hosting USA/SV Judge Dieter Dust for a club event that all titles except DPO will be offered. This trial will take place in the Gainesville Florida area.

All AWDF clubs are eligible to compete. We have a lighted field in which to hold the trial at night - tracking will take place in the morning to avoid the heat.

We finished this trial with some new titles earned. For those that did not make it, I am sure you will the next time.....and as it stands we had another event since this one and some did make the grade.

The tracking conditions were excellent and allowed the dogs to show thier tracking skills with a V and a near perfect track with the exception of missing an article for the Sch1.

Ob was held under lights at a baseball field and with a storm that was threatening to drop a bunch of rain on us, made the temps feel fall like.

Protection went very good with some very nice performances and a first time helper that did an excellent job.

Overall our group earned 2 BH's, Sch1 and a Sch 2 at this event.

Judge Dust did an excellent job and gave very detailed critiques. For those of you that do not know him, he was German Vice Bundensieger and was an SV Judge. He is also currently training a new dog for future competition. We hope to have him back at the club again as everyone had a good time and learned something. As he put it he is four hrs away from us or so, and that is close here in America!
