I'd like to thank everyone for all the wonderful information found here. I have been lurking for about a month, and I feel my doggie IQ has risen significantly. I'm a soldier, deployed to Iraq. I'll be home for Christmas though. My year is almost up. I am stationed in Hawaii when I'm home. I have a great wife that is holding down the fort while I'm gone. We have been happily married for 12 years. The link at the bottom of my signature is to my photobucket page which has a couple of pics of my dog, as well as a lot of pics of Iraq. My boy Pud (short for Puddles) is a 2-1/2 year old lab/pit mix. He's no pedigreed GSD, but he's a great dog. We enjoy long walks on the beach, hiking, walks on post through the Kole Kole pass. No fancy papers needed to have a great time here on Leerburg! Puds is a great looking dog, and as a new convert to feeding RAW, I can tell you your pup is gonna' be one happy pup when you get back!
