I have a 1 1/2 yr old female American Bulldog. She is a great dog but is begging to develop some attitude problems. She is simply a house dog, not used for sport or work. The problem I am having with her is when anyone or anything is arround. She walks great on her leash when there is no one and nothing around us. As soon as she sees another dog or person she does not listen at all. Same when she is in our yard. I someone pulls in she acts like she can't here me at all. As soon as there gone she does exactly what I say. I have trained her by shock collar but she does not always have it on due to charging and cercumstance. What can I do to correct this problem NOW! People are affraid of her due to her size and look.
You should probably get a prong collar and the basic dog obedience tape, once the dog learns the command here or leave it if he dosen't listen he sould get very hard corrections until he does listen. also it helps if you get some of those really small puppy biscuits and carry them with you in your pocket <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
