I once knew a purebred rottie that weighed 185lbs. and came up close to my hip at the withers...and I'm 6'5". Freakishly huge dog.
Anyway. Your pup should probably be eating around 1.5lbs. a day. I've noticed that chicken legs average around 4oz. each and the thigh around 8oz.. But like Michael said, some of the big leg quarters are a pound or more each. WalMart sells pretty cheap kitchen scales that are accurate enough for feeding dogs.

No, she only eats the legs. She use to eat thighs, but doesn't like them anymore. I bought a new package today and figured they weight about 5 ozs each. She ate 3 today. That is better than the last few days. I purchase the last batch at Von's in a family pack. I ususally get them at Costco, Foster Farms brand. Maybe the Von's batch are injected with something, it doesn't say. I will try the Costco legs and see if she will eat those.
Scott, does the 1.5lbs include treats?
No other problems with her. She is happy, playful and beautiful.
One thing great about this forum...you guys have a great sense of humor.
