My collars arrived along with the "Dominant Dog" video. The first thing I noticed was all the mistakes or the "What not to do" mentioned in the video. My pitty mix has played tug with the rope for about 10 months of her life before I realized she shouldn't. I've also stopped them(two white dogs) from "play fighting" they tend to escalate. The labx and the pittyx play well, no growling or latching on. I'm learning from the video that because the boxer/frenchyx was added last it's probably a pack issue. It looks like I'm going to have to save up and purchase some more videos. I put the dominant dog collar on my two smaller and now realize the problem with group walking is the prong. The DDC is much more effective. Especially on the boxer/frenchyx. He just stops the behavior. He'd often yelp and then stop with the prong. Now I need a DDC for the largest dog as he seems to be immune to the prong and my shoulder can't take much more.
