They say they give you a trained K9 and show you how to work the dog. I have several pest control companies that have shown interest in contracting such a service.
I would prefer to train the dog myself however how would i get it certified and I cannot obtain termites or excrement to use for scent. I would run into the same problem I have with my dog I have trained for drug detection. She is trained on 3 drugs but because I do not have a DEA and state license or work with a private security company I cannot find anyone who will certify her. She is useless without a certification. I figure it would be easier to obtain a already trained dog who the school would certify.
I am looking to expand my business. I am looking for a niche in the market.
