I've fed turkey as well and everyone tends to hack up little pieces of it. I've read that that's not something to worry about little bits will be hacked up and reeaten (Ewww not a big fan of this) Even the largest dog usually hacks up a few bits from the drumstick so I stopped buying them. The turkey on sale now that I've seen is way too high in sodium as they're self basters. I've been going by the "nothing higher than 80 mg per serving" rule. But since they've been puking I only use necks when I have to add bone to make up the 10% bone in the equation.
